M.A.D. Jerky was created in 2020 by two brothers Mick and Alex. Born in the south, our love for ranching and BBQ was engraved into us at a young age. It was our shared passion for cooking and love for an ice-cold beer that led us to the. decision to unleash recipes and quality that any beef jerky fanatic will appreciate. Our focus is sourcing quality beef from local Texas ranches and using the finest spices and ingredients available, while creating memories together that will last a lifetime. We believe our cooking abilities and our secret family recipe delivers the best craft beef jerky you will ever taste. Additionally, we also offer a “smoked” product line that will shake the bones of jerky connoisseurs everywhere!!
